Paul is able to engage family to help support the laboring mom all the while he is explaining why certain comfort measures and positive affirmations help mother through her labor. He really inspires the mom and her family in measuring progress and acknowledging their accomplishment as a team to support their loved one through a challenging and rewarding process.
