Half way through my pregnancy, I was unsure of what a doula did and whether or not I even needed one. I had given birth before but my gut told me to hire a doula this time. Colleen provides a variety of services, including hanging out with my older one, taking care of the newborn, helping with cleaning breast pump, laundry, etc...which really was a huge relief for us.
