Working with Hannah was one of the highlights of my pregnancy and birth experience. She was kind, knowledgeable, and advocated for my wife and I throughout our childbirth journey. She met me where I was as I discussed my fears and apprehensions around the first birth experience and she acknowledged my concerns while also affirming my power and capabilities to get through the moment. My birth experience turned out differently than planned due to medical necessity, but Hannah's presence and support made all the difference for me and my wife as we quickly pivoted to a medical option. She remained with us and advocated for my wife to do skin-to-skin in the PAC-U while I was being sewn back together. She also ensured that breastfeeding began immediately as Adira started doing the breast crawl. We definitely know who we'll be calling when it's time for number 2!
