As a first-time mom, there is overwhelmingly lots of information out there. While I thought I was prepared for what was to come, I knew that I wouldn't remember anything during labour & delivery; hence, I asked Lindsey to be my doula to navigate the most intense time of our journey. From the start of the early labour, Lindsey kindly helped us pin down the best timing to go to the hospital. Once I was admitted to the hospital, her amazing yoga-instructor voice helped me focus on breathing and connecting with the moment. Not only did she mentally support me but also my husband.
