First off I want to say I never knew what a doula was until I met Dayana. She explained to me everything she would be helping me with, even my husband felt so comfortable going in with her and having her in our private area during birth. I had a lot of fear and questions going into birth but she was there helping all along the way answering questions the nurses were too busy to answer. During labor she guided me, massaged me, reminded me to breathe and to remain grounded. Honestly my birth experience was much better than when I had my daughter 7 years ago. I felt empowered and listened too. She was so attentive since prenatal reminding me to drink water and stay hydrated, guided me with an exercise ball and how to labor at home. I loved my overall experience with her and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
