Sarah held my hand through labor. She validated me every time I said I just wanted to go to sleep. She was gentle, kind, and encouraging. She listened to what I needed and she showed me that she believed in me and my bodies ability to birth my baby even though I doubted it until I was holding my baby in my arms. She celebrated me when I was done. She made me feel powerful, she added to it. I don't plan on having anymore babies however if I do I won't do it without her. Thank you Sarah.
