Having the support and wisom of a dula like Deena made my pregnancy, delivery, and post partum an amazing experience. I was able to have valuable one on one time to ask all the questions I had, and some I didn't realize I had. By talking it all out and learning lots it gave me a huge sense of confidence which I feel in turn made the whole process so easy for me. Knowledge is power! My delivery was very fast and I had Deena there remotely via phone when needed. There are lots more things that come up once baby is home and it gave me a peace of mind having Deena a phone call away for anything that came up that I needed assistance with ir wasn't sure on. She helped easy my mind on what's "normal" or what I needed to worry about for baby and for myself as well as I was healing from birth.
