Colleen was paramount to my husband’s and I transition to becoming new parents joining us from the day we brought our baby boy home. She also played a key role in my hard but successful journey to exclusive breastfeeding with her lactation services. I could immediately tell Colleen is passionate about her work and truly enjoys helping families. My baby boy loved her and her calming spirit was always a warm welcome to our family. She was also flexible working around our baby's doctor appointments. She was helpful in allowing my husband and I to rest, answered my many questions as an anxious new mom, and made delicious lactation cookies! Colleen also helped me identify my postpartum preeclampsia leading to me being hospitalized and effectively saving my life. I could not have asked for a better postpartum doula.
