I was blessed to partner with Trina as my doula for the birth of my daughter, Daphne. Trina was professional and respectful, but laid back and easy to talk to. She asked great questions during our pre-birth chats, and seemed genuinely concerned that my needs were met and I received quality care and support during my birth. Trina checked in consistently as my due date approached to offer encouragement and advice to help me prepare mentally and physically. When I went into labor things progressed rapidly - it was a short and intense birth. Trina made it to my house quickly, snuck in quietly, and supported me precisely as I hoped she would. Having her there to coach me truly helped me to stay calm and focused when I was feeling overwhelmed. Trina stayed after the birth to make sure we were settled in, and diligently checked in on our family afterwards to confirm that we were receiving the care we needed in those first days with our new baby. I really enjoyed having Trina on our birth team, would confidently recommend her to any woman looking for knowledgeable and compassionate doula care!
