Liz is absolutely amazing! I had a rough birth though it started out so promising. Liz was guiding me through the contractions, reminding me when to breathe and how to breathe, calmly reciting affirmations to me to help keep me grounded, and keeping the overall vibe/atmosphere exactly the way I'd always envisioned, calm and accepting. When it got too intense for me to handle, she calmly and without judgement reminded me that it is no failure to divert from the birth plan and because of that I was able to make the best possible decision for me despite my mind not being on track in those moments. It was my first birth, it could have easily been very traumatizing, and I'm so grateful Liz was there.
