So grateful to have had Trisha with me for my baby's birth. Prelabour, I felt educated, prepared and ready for labour from the meetings we had going over everything I might encounter during labour, and discussing where my comfort level was for all birthing options. During labour she helped me realize my goal of not taking epidural or heavy pain meds. She made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable and reassured me through the hole process. Finally, I enjoyed and benefitted from Trisha's knowledge and tips post partum. It made me feel empowered and optimistic about my new future life with a baby.
