I first met Helen later on in my pregnancy and she was so willinging to help me along my journey as well the birth of my son. She came to my house to get to know more about me and about what I was looking for in a doula and how I wanted my birth plan to go. She was so supportive in every decision that my partner and I made and had some great advice and tools that I can use during labor and delivery. I ended up having an emergency c section and she stayed the whole time and even after when I was in recovery.
