Lisa has great knowledge of labor preparation and helped us physically and mentally get ready for the moment of labor. . We had the delivery around midnight and Lisa was there the whole time calming and easing our anxiety and it definitely helped with a very smooth delivery. She also provided a lot of experience and knowledge about breastfeeding and postpartum recovery. We cannot recommend Kisa enough as a doula. We will definitely work with her again for our future kids.
