Suzanne and team were very knowledgeable, professional and responsive during our time together for prenatal, labor/delivery and post partum care. Our prenatal appointments were great because it gave us time to level set on expectations, discuss roles/responsibilities and strategy with my intended birth plan, and back-up plans. During labor, Suzanne was a huge support in helping me diagnose labor start and monitoring labor progression, so that I didn't have to go into the hospital sooner than I would've wanted. Suzanne was also able to help diagnose that the baby was not in an ideal position for delivery and was able to assist with spinning the baby, to avoid intervention. Suzanne was a great help during the final pushing phase of labor in coaching me through how to breathe the baby out. I 100% believe that my birth went according to my plan because I had Suzanne by my side. Postpartum support was also great with an in-home visit that came with breastfeeding support. And I very much appreciate the responsive texting weeks after birth to ensure everything was going well with myself and baby.
