We signed up for Suzanne's service right after we enter the third trimester, and then experience was beyond our expectations!
1. Super responsive and proactive: Suzanne has been very responsive to all my questions, from what to prepare for the delivery, my physical situation to the baby's situation. We are the first time parent and we are both not from the US, so having Suzanne telling us what to expect and all the stuff was super helpful!
2. Professional and also very caring: Suzanne and her team is very well knowledged (probably from all the experience working with a lot of customers!) I have been asking her some random tiny questions but she was always able to find answers for me. There was a day that we came back from pediatrician worrying on the result than our baby's weight and then after texting Suzanne and she shared her experience I felt more comfortable and not so worried!
3. The best help getting through the delivery: I can not recommend more my delivery experience with Suzanne's help! The contraction really kills me but Suzanne helped me with all the methods to reduce my pain. After getting epidural, she also helped my to accelerate the dilation. My delivery was smooth and fast ( water breaks to delivery in 10 hours). We definitely can't do it without Suzanne's help.
I would highly recommend Suzanne and her team for the doula service. I never thought that I could have such a good delivery + pre/postpartum support. It's worth every penny!
