My husband and I hired Liz as our doula for the preparation and birth of our first baby. She is the most caring, knowledgable, and dedicated person, which made her the perfect fit. She listened to all of our questions and concerns and really got to know us in order to help make the experience everything we wanted. She provided numerous resources and educational materials that were extremely helpful. We talked about our birth plan/preferences so we were all on the same page, and she was always reassuring when talking about other scenarios. I had a hospital birth, and my goal was to labor as long as possible before opting for an epidural in order for the baby to descend quicker. Liz had the most calm guidance, and pulled out all the stops to get me to where I wanted to be. When I finally got the epidural, I was already at 8cm, and there is no way I would have gotten there without Liz. She was also extremely helpful for my husband, who she helped guide with tools that helped me at the same time. Overall, I would 100% recommend Liz for doula services. My incredible experience would have not been the same without her and I am forever grateful!
