Suzanne is amazing! She was extremely communicative and quick to reply as soon as we reached out to interview her. She texts, emails, and phones as needed, and she still checks in even a couple months out from delivery! It was a much-appreciated lifeline to have had her available for the birth, newborn care, and even emotional support as parents. She has a wide range of expertise to offer, and was able to offer suggestions and resources for lactation, gassiness, sleep routines, supplements, relationship advice, and recovery. She's a good listener and open to feedback, and we will look back fondly on our time with has as a part of our early family.
