During our first consultation, Melissa reassured me that she was there to support and be available to me and my husband during the pregnancy and birth. We had a strong support system but having Melissa by our side made the experience amazing. She knew how to guide me through contractions and bring relief using cold towels, essential oils, and a calming voice. She even instructed the nurses to bring ice water to dip towels in. I would have never thought of that at that moment and neither did the nurses. After the first birth, I knew there was no way to have another baby without her.
