I have worked with Aleca twice. She supported me with my 9 year old son and my 15 month old son. Her warmth, kindness and expertise was incredible. With my first son I was clueless about what to expect and she seamlessly guided me through both the birth process and postpartum time. Both my partner and I can't stress enough how valuable the sleep advice she gave us was for our second. We had online meetings due to Covid and it felt like she was right in the room with us. She guided us strategically with what would work best to optimize the most sleep and through any concerns we had. Even as a second time mom I found myself asking what was normal or not and she was there for me with every question. I believe being a doula and supporting families through the journey of a new baby is her gift. Thank you!
