Mia made me feel understood in a really chaotic and overwhelming time post partum with my newborn. She somehow is able to reach the perfect combination of gently guiding and also not pushing; of completely understanding where you're at and showing no judgment but also showing me how to care for myself and my son; of how to accept myself but also breathe. She is authentic in ways not many people can achieve. She was so skilled with my son and made him feel so calm too that I am constantly desperate for more Mia.
