When I started looking for a doula the lady I was in contact with things just didn't work out I was already over half way through my pregnancy so I was nervous with meeting anyone else but after my first conversation with Alyx her vibe just matched mine and I felt super comfortable. My birth was nothing like I planned and I couldn't have been more thankful to have her by myself what she did for me while I was in labor made me want to become a doula she was helpful and supportive and overall a calming presence unfortunately she was able to be there while I delivered because I had a C-section but the time we spent together was so comforting I'm been so lucky to have her meet our little one and going to miss the visits
