I did not know what a doula did before becoming pregnant in my late thirties. I had no idea what I wanted my "birth experience" to be or what a "birth plan" was. I just knew I could use some help. Noleen was very responsive. She met me in person right away and always responded promptly to texts and emails. I asked a lot of questions over the months of my pregnancy. She advised me on doctors and hospitals, as well as things like vaccines and other interventions. She was there in the hopsital when I needed support. She walked me through pushing and my first breast feeding and, most importantly, she documented my daughter's arrival into our family. I love the birth story, photos, and birth video. My family and I cried when we received them. I would absolutely hire her again.
