She knew exactly what to do and say from the moment she came to meet us in the hospital parking lot to when my daughter was born.
I was terrified of giving birth in a US hospital having previously had a great birth abroad. With Alicia’s support, this birth turned out even better than my first. Something I didn’t think was possible. My goals were to have an unmedicated birth and to feel that I’m in control. She enabled me to achieve both.
