When I was pregnant I decided that I want to have a doula because I wanted natural birth and I've heard doulas provide great support and knowledge. I was introduced to Caroline and decided that she is the person I can trust such a private moment of my life. During my labor Caroline supported me and encouraged me that I could do it. She massaged me, helped me when I was in pain, offered different positions and breathing techniques when the pain was unbearable and she consulted me when I wasn't sure what decision to make. I had a very long labor (24 hours) and she was with me all the time. We tried our best to have a vaginal delivery but unfortunately I had to make a desicion and agreed to a c-section cause there was a risk for the baby. I want to say big thank you yo Caroline for staying with me and for providing support that I needed so much. I would definitely recommend her to others.
