I knew the moment I met Danielle I wanted her to be my doula. Might sound silly but she has this presence about her that just makes you feel comfortable and that you can trust her. My husband and I TRULY couldn’t of done it without her. Her checking in on me through my pregnancy and me having her to lean on was EVERYTHING. Especially for my first pregnancy. I had all of the normal worries/concerns. A million questions. But every time Danielle was able to bring me peace about whatever I had on my mind. I wasn’t very stressed during my pregnancy and I know Danielle had so much to do with that. She truly cares about you and that was always obvious when working with her.
I knew I wanted an unmedicated birth and Danielle made sure I always felt positive about my decision and that she would do anything in her power to make that happen for me. And that’s exactly what she did. She advocated for me in so many ways and I truly couldn’t of done it without her by my side. She didn’t just make a difference for me but also for my husband. He had no idea what to expect and Danielle was there to comfort him as well as give him confidence that he was helping me when I needed it. She truly means the world to us/my family and we will never be able to repay her for the huge impact she had on us as we brought our first baby into the world. Our story would’ve looked a lot different without Danielle. Forever grateful to God.
