Jessica is a very knowledgeable and passionate doula. She helped us prepare for our home birth through Zoom and in-person meetings, which left us feeling confident and in control. In the weeks leading up to the birth, she guided us through the process of creating our birth plan and made sure we had everything we needed for a successful home birth.
On the night of the birth, Jessica kept in contact with us throughout the early labor phase, shared tips, and calmed our concerns. When we needed her, she came over promptly and used a rebozo to alleviate pain. Once we were in active labor, Jessica was there to support us and left space for us when we needed it. She was a calming presence for both of us, and we're super happy that she was part of our birth team.
