I feel so grateful to have met Kalisha when I was pregnant with my first child. She is a wonderful doula who made the experience calming and comforting. For example, when I shared my birthing plan, she gave me informative details of what to expect and ways for preparation. These information not only made my birthing experience easier but inspired me to proceed. During my birth labor, Kali helped me through the contractions by offering recommendations to ease my mind and relax, which was helpful. She also helped my midwife and birth assistant with my delivery with being sure that my son and I were healthy and active. During my postpartum, Kali gave a electric copy of handouts for breastfeeding and checked up to see how I was adjusting to my baby. Overall, I thought Kali did an outstanding job with not only being my doula but being the person who gave me a great experience with my first child along with the inspiration I needed.
