More importantly, she was a fantastic emotional support during pregnancy, during labor, and during my postpartum experience. Any time I had a question or concern, Aurea was readily available with answers and support. And her contribution in the birthing room was invaluable; she has a lot of expertise on ways to mitigate labor pains and did an amazing job making the hospital room feel more relaxing. Aurea was able to intuit all of my needs, from big ones like counterpressure to help with labor pains, to small ones like a fan to help cool me down.
