Our goal for the birth process was to gain insight about the process and advocate for ourselves in labor and delivery. Our experience with Barbie went above and beyond our expectations. The thoughtful, empathetic, kind, expert, and poised deliver of services helped me and my partner remain balanced throughout the process. We learned about spinning babies poses, positioning of the baby in utero, techniques for navigating our care, tips to help us verbalize our preferences and build our overall birth plan. As a birthing mother, I felt beyond supported with her guidance and advice. Barbie is an expert doula! Her loving presence made my partner and I feel safe and secure throughout the entire process leading up to the delivery.
I actually can’t imagine a birth without Barbie French. My delivery was a better outcome than I could have imagined. I know Barbie’s mentorship and guidance were instrumental to my experience and the way I navigated my birth plan and delivery – Barbie’s wisdom and support allowed for me to have a beautiful and memorable birth.
