Myself and my husband took a 5 week course with Jen to help prepare us for our labour and delivery. Each class was very informative and interactive which is something my husband and I enjoyed the most as it helps ease the anxiety and tensions about labour. Jen is such a kind and funny individual who definitely goes above and beyond for her mommy's!
Jen does not only give you the facts but also helps you understand that it doesn't have to be a scary painful experience it can actually be a peaceful and joyful time.
using the techniques we learned in class I would definitely say helped speed up my birthing process and this was something I previously was worried about being a 1st time mom.
my labour was 6hrs total from the start of my surges to giving birth and I definitely feel like the advice and techniques we learned were a BIG help for us.
I would definitely recommend Jen for birthing classes and as a doula.
