When I delivered my daughter I was Cecile's first official client. Cecile made my birthing experience so comfortable. She thought of things that wasn't even remotely on my radar, and she made me feel empowered as a woman and mother. I had a plan for how I wanted my delievery to go, I said I wanted to go as long as I could without the epidural. Once it got serious I had a code word to use and she kept me on track and we stuck to the plan! She wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty either! Once I finally decided to get the epidural one side of my body was numb but the other side wasn't, when it was time for me to push she held my dead leg up while I pushed. I honestly never even thought of having a doula when giving birth, but I'm so glad that I did. Cecile made my experience so much better and I plan to have her at all my future births. She was so genuine and you could tell that she really cared about me, my baby and her role as the doula. I would recommend Cecile's services time and time again because she helped make my experience that much better!
