Kat was a crucial part of our family in a time of need. My wife suffered an unexpected health crisis a few days after my second daughter was born and needed to be hospitalized for several weeks. When we needed support the most, Kat came to the rescue! We hired Kat as a nighttime doula for 2.5 months, and were endlessly impressed and reassured by her willingness to help the family in any way, her punctuality, and her organization. She was always a trustworthy resource and incredibly knowledgeable, especially when our baby got sick. I was constantly comforted by her open and honest communication, in particular the detailed summary she provided at the end of every shift.
