Alex was beyond a doubt my MVP through pregnancy, labor, and beyond! I found her through her podcast (In the Family way) and a recommendation through another friend. She’s down to earth, funny and kindhearted. But most importantly, she knows babies and how to set your mind and body at ease when it comes time to get down to business and meet your baby(labor/delivery). She helped me think through unexpected situations, provide gentle guidance to my partner, showed up to my birth with candles, snacks and beverages, and helped me keep pushing forward when things got tough.
