Working with Michelle was a wonderful experience. She has been a doula for my friend's two homebirths and we recommend her to all our patients in my office. Also, we signed up for her (currently virtual) Bradley Method course to prep for labor. I was in labor for 24 hours and in multiple locations. Michelle came to my house and helped make sure I was eating and moving and supported me while my contractions intensified. Later we went to the midwives office and then to the hospital. She didn't leave my side till about 3am after I was done with recovery and had my baby with me. She came back the next day and then again to the house a few weeks later. Another important aspect is that throughout the whole time she was making sure my husband was doing ok and getting breaks while never taking one herself. She then was a support post-partum as a constant ear through text and phone calls as we learned how to be parents. I highly recommend hiring a doula, and if you're able to get Michelle then you and your baby are lucky.
