I came to the postpartum doula search process a bit later in my pregnancy, and Lauren saved the day! As my due date approached, my husband and I quickly realized that we would benefit from the postpartum support of a doula since we don't have many family members nearby. We had a wonderful experience working with Lauren during the first 6 weeks of the fourth trimester. It was critical to have her support during the night so we could squeeze in some extra hours of sleep during that very challenging newborn phase. Having such a wide spectrum of experience, whether first-hand as a mother or from working with so many other families, Lauren has a wealth of baby knowledge. She was super responsive when we needed to troubleshoot any challenges (as first time parents, there were quite a few!), and her advice and guidance was always offered without any judgement.
