Meeting with Steph prior to my birth allowed me to talk through previous birth trauma and vent through concerns. She has many tools, tricks and general knowledge to help through the birthing process. She was key to helping my birth stick to plan and the end result was an unmedicated VBAC! Having her in our corner was great for my husband as well, she was able to give him tips and tricks to help me and keep him involved. The working relationship she has with my midwife shon and helped make one amazing birthing team. My only regret is not having Steph as part of my first birth!
