Justine was our doula for both births. She can do anything that comes her way! My first birth was an emergency C-section with a placental abruption and my second birth was an at home VBAC with no complications.
With our first she was an incredible advocate at the birth and postpartum as well. We were put in a very scary situation and she was the absolute perfect person to have as our doula.
With my second birth I was coming from trauma. I was terrified of the hospital system and if I would be heard. She eased my worries and empowered me. She was with me every step of the way. She found me an amazing doctor too! Then we decided to look into a birthing center or home birth and she connected us with the BEST midwifery group, Northstar Midwifery! She has the most calming and loving presence. She assured me what was happening was normal and I was safe. She knew exactly what I needed to hear. She quite literally held up my body in a birthing position for an hour through labor. She’s strong, confident, knowledgeable, and kind. I can’t say enough amazing things about her! She helped us heal from trauma and we are forever grateful. Just hire her!! You won’t regret it!
