My husband and I took her Comfort Techniques class and it did not disappoint. This will be my first time giving birth and because we plan to have a low intervention birth, I did not want to fly blindly into it. She went over labor basics as well as different positions for pain management. I really liked that she also focused on the things my hubby will need to do to keep me sane lol.
