I cannot begin to say how valuable Jasmine has been to us during this time of adjustment for our family. As a postpartum doula myself, I knew we would benefit from postpartum care when my partner had to return to work early. Jasmine has met and exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond to make sure that not only myself and our baby were cared for, but that the entire home ran smoothly and that my oldest kiddo’s needs were met, too.
Jasmine is great at taking initiative and just finding what things need to be done, as well as checking in to find out what things might be particularly helpful. Grocery shopping, meal prep, laundry, involving my very social and talkative nine year old in her tasks, and even assembling furniture and helping my nine year old figure out how to use her new sewing machine, are just some of the things that have made such a positive difference for us. When we needed more days than Jasmine had available in her schedule, she put us in touch with another phenomenal doula and provided excellent continuity of care by coordinating shifts and care details with the second doula.
I have found Jasmine to be warm, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, and I’ve really enjoyed all the conversations we’ve had. The sense of peace and calm I feel when Jasmine has been in my home is truly such a gift; I highly recommend her multi faceted services to anyone feeling they could use some support during times of transition and adjustment.
