My husband and I were on the fence about getting a doula and we’re so happy we did. Rosa was absolutely wonderful. She helped us navigate all the different pain management options for labour and make a birth plan that we felt comfortable with. Her support during labour was invaluable- the TENS machine she lent us was really effective for helping me through contractions, and her “water skiing” technique was key in getting the hang of pushing. She helped both my husband and I stay calm and was always very positive and encouraging. Her postpartum visit was also great. She reassured me about breastfeeding and offered some good tips and resources. We are so grateful Rosa was by our side and would highly recommend her. Thank you so much Rosa!
