As a first time Dad I didn't realize how valuable having an experienced Doula was. I dilligently studied the Bradley method, and figured that I was prepared, but having Carli guide us through the birth process was invaluable. She spent significant time with us during pregnancy talking through our birth plan, preferences, and helping my wife prepare physically and emotionally. I would highly recommend anyone who is expecting to consider hiring Carli. She helped me be more there for my wife, and was a persuasive and kind advocate for us and our birth plan at the hospital. She stayed at my wife's side for almost 40 hours with minimal rest, and helped me stay rested, nourished, and hydrated.
