Kelly was amazing! I had two fast intense labors and she really helped to make sense of it all for me. She just knew what I needed, as far the right pressure, the right words, the right movements. Also reassuring, everyone at the hospital knows her and obviously loves having her around! It makes everything just so much more comfortable. I would say, an unexpected benefit was how much she helped my husband. With her focus on me, and her calm support of both of us, he was able to be present in a way he wouldn't have been had he had the stress of being my sole support person.
