Kaely was just what we needed. We're first time parents and wanted someone who could answer questions, walk with us through the process and help advocate for us in the hospital. She did all of that and more. She made herself available to answer any questions. She is personable, gentle and knowledgeable! We both felt comfortable with her in our home. She's also professional - sending good information, giving us tools to make our own decisions and being supportive of those decisions. She always communicated in a timely manner and responded quickly. I absolutely think that our delivery would have been different if she wasn't there supporting and guiding us through it.
