Having the doula support was the best gift I gave to myself once I become pregnant. I cannot recommend it enough to others. Some specifics about Liz are that she made me feel supported, cared for, powerful and prepared. I really liked how she would send follow up emails about all that we talked about during our meetings so I could refer back to. The postpartum care was essential for me and my whole family benefited from it (not just me and my baby). She is knowledgeable, friendly and was conscious of helping me in the way I wanted to be helped which was so precious to me. The birth story she wrote was another special gift she gave me.
