I got to have the birth I wanted, on my terms, with care providers I trusted and with a doula who had my back (literally and figuratively, she dropped her overnight bag and started doing hip squeezes the second she walked into triage) all because Vickie and Francesca empowered me to make and follow a birth plan I was comfortable with.
My husband was also so grateful to have Vickie's guidance on how to support me during our daughter's birth.
