This was my first time using a doula! My 3rd baby. I wanted things to be more peaceful with this birth so we decided to try a doula and I was not let down! Our doula Sherrica was incredible! She was very professional, caring and patient. . She helped coach us through coping mechanisms while in labor. She followed my birth plan as close as we could get. The only thing was that I couldn’t do is labor at home due to medical reasons, but she was by my side the whole time we were in the hospital!
She provided physical and emotional support for both me and my spouse. She was able to answer any questions I had about birth, pain management, breastfeeding ect. Sherrica is very knowledgeable in every area of pregnancy and PP! Also her partner is amazing and very knowledgeable! I would use them again!
