My husband and I met Heidi through a friend. Heidi helped her in the birth of her baby, and she was so pleased that when I became pregnant she recommended Heidi to be my doula. After meeting her we were immediately at ease, her personality is calm, collected, informed and confident, and we knew she was the one we wanted to be with us for the birth.
She helped us to prepare for our planned natural birth, providing reassurance and guidance along the way. Our birth didn’t go as planned, so having Heidi’s presence to guide us was a blessing. As first time parents, her advice and tips were really helpful during labor. After our baby girl was born, she was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns about breastfeeding and also providing ideas to the daily challenges with our newborn.
We are very happy to have had Heidi with us during this whole process. We are extremely grateful, and would recommend her to anyone!
