I cannot thank Liz enough for her services as my Doula for my second birthing experience. After a traumatic first birthing experience that resulted in femoral nerve damage, I had some clear goals for this time around. I wanted an unmedicated birth and to reduce my chances of re-injury. I am one hundred percent confident that I would not have met these goals without Liz. From the first interview, I knew Liz was who I wanted to assist me. She is confident, knowledgeable, kind and she listened to my story and my wishes. Once hired, Liz checked in often, visited twice and then was on call in the weeks leading up to my birth. She is flexible and truly customizes her vast skillset to meet your individual needs and desires. Once she joined us at the hospital, both my husband and I felt a sense of relief. Liz partnered with my husband to offer me the support I needed and I was able to achieve both of my goals for this birth. It was truly a redemptive birthing experience and Liz helped make that happen. Everyone should have a Doula for support, but if you are lucky enough to live in the greater Denver area, Liz is definitely the person you want as your Doula. Thank you Liz!
