Hire MaryBeth as your doula and you'll totally understand why literally every person in the birthing community responds with "omg! MaryBeth is your doula? She's the best! I love her!" when you merely mention her name. Seriously, though, where do I even begin with this review? MaryBeth has supported me and my husband through two pregnancies and deliveries now and I truly can't imagine ever going through another without her. This past pregnancy came with a little extra stress and hiccups, but MaryBeth was there to offer support and encouragement every step of the way. I reached out to MaryBeth crazy early in my pregnancy because I knew there was no way I wanted to risk not having her by my side especially since I knew I wanted to try for a VBAC. From that point forward, she was always a mere text away. MaryBeth invests so much time, energy, love, and support into her clients and has a way of making them feel like they're the only person in the world who she is there for (which, by looking at her reviews alone will tell you is clearly not the case. ha!) She was such a huge support for me and my husband as I attempted a VBAC and she offered an immense amount of comfort as I delivered my son via a repeat cesarean. MaryBeth's support didn't end when my son was born, though. She stayed with us for hours after he was born and was there to make sure he was breastfeeding well and to make sure I had everything I needed for a smooth recovery. She was also there via text in the days, weeks, and months following his birth to make sure recovery was going well, point me to any resources I needed, and to be a listening ear as I processed my son's birth. When you hire MaryBeth as your doula, you're getting so much more than just the world's best doula. MaryBeth truly becomes a friend and is such an irreplaceable pillar of support in the parenting journey. Before you know it, you'll be the one saying "Yeah, I know MaryBeth! She's the best! I love her!"
