My partner and I completed the calm birthing class with Jenn! Her class was so informative, fun, and you feel her great passion for the work she does! After completing her course my partner and I felt excited about our upcoming birth and were honestly ready to take it birth on and meet our baby boy! All I am going to say is listen to everything she tells but most importantly due the birthing positions during pregnancy and labor! I am a first time mom my labor and delivery was a total of 3 hours and 14 minutes. I thankfully did not tear and my baby boy was born peacefully in the water! My labor was fast and intense but I was able to listen to my body and put my body in the optimal positions to help me dilate quickly and get my baby boy out by pushing effectively and working with my body and my baby! Thank you so much Jenn! My birthing experience was so beautiful and positive and you were a big part of it!
